    with an individual, including internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browsing

  2. Purposes of Use: The Company may process Applicants' Personal Information for the following detailed purposes:
  
      • Evaluation and Processing of Job Applications: Including assessing qualifications, skills, and
      experience against job requirements.
      • Communication with Applicants: Regarding their applications, job opportunities, interview
      scheduling, status updates, and recruitment related communications.
      • Background Checks and Verification: Conducting background checks, reference checks,
      employment verification, educational verification, and other pre employment screenings.

Klervo retains Applicant Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
